Our environmentals are monitored 24x7x365 to ensure the temperature and humidity of the data center are providing an optimal environment for your servers and network equipment. Use our Web-based customer control tool to view the current data center temperature at any time.

Security
Peak 10 provides multiple levels of security including camera surveillance, key card access, biometric hand scanning and 24x7x365 on-site personnel. And, utilizing Peak 10's Web-based customer control tool you can view real-time video streams of the data center and perform various administrative functions such as remotely change who has key card access to your cabinet.

Internet Access
Connectivity to the Internet is provided via multiple, physically-diverse carrier-agnostic high-speed OC3 connections. Local access at the Peak 10 data center is provided through multiple, physically-diverse, carrier-agnostic, OC-48 sonet connections.

Traffic Statistics and Monitoring
From our Web-based customer control tool, you can view traffic stats via a graphical view of current traffic statistics and traffic trends by day, week, month, year, or even 5 minute samples. We also provide 24/7/365 monitoring of each physical Ethernet port.
