Ernest Leffler
Vice President and General Manager

Ernest Leffler is the vice president and general manager for the Cincinnati operations of Peak 10, the leading independent data center operator and managed services provider. Leffler is responsible for the fiscal well being and day to day management of the Cincinnati data center including operations, engineering, sales and business development.

Mr. Leffler joined Peak 10 from Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. In his 18 years at Accenture, Mr. Leffler served in many roles within their Technology Services and Outsourcing organizations.  Most recently he held the senior executive role responsible for leading their Cincinnati Delivery Center that provides infrastructure services to many of their outsourcing clients.

Mr. Leffler is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Systems Analysis.  He remains active with the university as an advisor for the School of Applied Science and the Computer Science and Systems Analysis Departments.

David Heberling
Director of Operations and Engineering

David Heberling brings over 18 years experience in IT consulting and management to Peak 10. As a part of Peak 10's management team, he has primary responsibility for the overall operations of the data center facility and the delivery of technology and managed services. In conjunction with his staff of seasoned engineers, Mr. Heberling is devoted to the quality and consistency of Peak 10 services and customer support.

Most recently, Mr. Heberling was the Corporate IT Manager for CONTECH, a local manufacturing company, were he was responsible for the day to day operations including support for 90+ locations. Prior to that he was with ACG Inc. for 16 years  a Dayton based IT consulting firm, specializing in midmarket HR, Payroll, CRM, and ERP systems.  Mr. Heberling held many positions within ACG Inc. including management, network engineering, and network consultant.

Mr. Heberling is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Management.  He is active in the community serving on the Board of Trustees of the Entrepreneurs Center, CIT Advisory Board for Miami University Hamilton, and CIS Advisory Board for Sinclair Community College.
